When renting a car, Efex Rent A Car offers a range of extras that ensure a safe and comfortable driving experience tailored to your needs. From full insurance and child seats to additional drivers and snow chains – each option provides more flexibility and convenience during your stay.
FULL insurance provides complete peace of mind while driving your rental car. In case of an accident or theft, your responsibility is limited to filing a police report and returning the documents and keys. This insurance does not cover interior damage such as stains, burnt seats, or scratched surfaces caused by careless use.
The surcharge for FULL insurance depends on the car class and ranges from €4 to €15 per rental day. Full insurance is charged for the first 15 days, with any additional days being free of charge.
If you are traveling with babies or children, extras like child seats, infant seats, and boosters are essential. Child seats cost €3 per day, up to a maximum of 10 days, after which they are free. Boosters are always free, making family trips more convenient.
An additional driver allows you to share the driving on long trips, increasing comfort and reducing fatigue. This option also ensures that a second driver can legally operate the vehicle without risking fines. The fee for an additional driver is €10 per day for up to 10 days.
For safe driving in winter conditions, snow chains are available as an extra. Their use is free throughout the season, except from December 20 to January 10, when an additional charge applies.
